Criteria for Receiving Services: For Baby Your Baby, the person applying needs to be pregnant (with proof of pregnancy). A pregnancy test can be run at the cost of $10.00.

Procedure for Connecting with the Service: Application for the Baby Your Baby program is by appointment or you can go online to http://www.utahclicks.org/ and apply.

Fees: None for Baby Your Baby. If a pregnancy test is needed the cost is $10.00.

Additional Information: Baby Your Baby is a medical insurance program that begins quickly, while prenatal women are waiting for their Medicaid applications to process.
