Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm; these are office hours. Classroom hours differe by location and family services have flexible hours.

Criteria for Receiving Services: Families need to complete an application. They must include proof of child's age, verification of income and child's immunization record.

Procedure for Connecting with the Service: Call us at 1-877-755-0081 or locally at (435) 755-0081 or come into the office to fill out the application.

Fees: None.

Additional Information: Bear River Head Start offers three programs to service families in the area.

1. Early Head Start, services families who are prenatal until the child turns age three with center-based and home-based services, including child development information, activities and more.
2. Head Start Preschool, is for children ages 3-5, and offers home-based and center-based services to the children and their families.
3. Child Care Connection, which offers preschool services to children who are in child care full time.

Children with disabilities are accepted regardless of income. Head Start is unable to transport children to or from center services.
