Directions to Resource:  The Center is located on the corner of 100 East and 100 North, behind the Logan Tabernacle. It is a two-story brick building. The Center's entrance is a red door on the north side of the building. The parking lot next to the building can be used by clients.

Criteria for Receiving Services: If needing pregnancy verification for WIC then bring a picture ID. We do not need any other documentation. Our services are free and clients are served without regard of age, race, income, nationality, religious affiliation, disability or other arbitrary circumstances.


Procedure for Connecting with the Service: Walk-ins are always welcome. If needing an appointment, call 435-752-1222.


Fees: All services are free.


Additional Information: Free pregnancy test; some materials provided for babies and pregnant women (e.g. clothing). Positive information provided on abortion, adoption and life education. Teach information on sexually transmitted diseases, abstinence and healthy relationships.
