Hours of Operation: Clinic services are available on a first-come, first-serve basis most Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Doors open at 6:00pm. Please arrive promptly as the providers will leave when there are no more patients to be seen.
Criteria for Receiving Services: Residents of Cache Valley who have no health insurance and no ability to obtain insurance through their employer are welcome at the clinic. Spanish interpreters are also available.
Fees: There is no charge to the patient for clinic services. Patients are encouraged to purchase their own medications, but there is a minimal co-payment voucher service available for prescription medications.
Additional Information: Available care at the clinic: physician services, dental services, pharmacy services, and education services. There are specialty services nights: dermatology (skin) services are usually offered the first Thursday of each month; women's health services are usually offered on the fourth Thursday of each month.
