Criteria for Receiving Services: Logan Regional Pediatric Rehabilitation Center is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation center for children ages 0-21 years. Before any services can be provided, a doctor's order must be written specifying the patients diagnosis and what types of services are requested. Once we receive the doctor's order we will contact you to schedule an evaluation.

Additional Information: Our services include: occupational therapy, speech and hearing therapy, and physical therapy. Therapy appointments are usually 45 minutes to 1 hour in length. Appointment slots are the same every week or bi-weekly for therapy, so that there is consistency in visits. Bracing and Torticollis will be scheduled on a per needed basis.
